Vinyasa Yoga Class
Vinyasa yoga features dynamic, flowing poses that emphasize the connection between movement and breath.
This class features strengthening and balancing poses as well as the opportunity to explore more challenging poses, such as inversions.
I like to describe this style of yoga as a "moving meditation."

Yin Yoga Class
This is a slow paced yoga class where you can expect deep stretches held for 3-5+ minutes at a time.
The intention is to release tension in the muscles, joints, and fascia to improve flexibility and circulation.​
Yin Yoga offers the opportunity to slow down in both body and mind, ease physical and mental stress, and cultivate mindfulness.

Restorative Yoga Class
When you need to be held and deeply relax, this class is for you.
Restorative yoga is a complete nervous system re-set. Stretching and movement is not the intention.
Restorative yoga offers the rare opportunity to sink into stillness and quietness while being physically supported by bolsters, cushions and blocks.
